My workshop, inspired by the journey of Wanda Maximoff (Scarlet Witch) in WandaVision and Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, will explore the emotional toll of being a therapist-mother: a woman who feels the constant pull to be everything for everyone. By examining Wanda's story, participants will reflect on their own experiences of grief, power, and the unrealistic expectations they carry. The session will offer actionable tools to process loss, set boundaries, and embrace imperfection while balancing their dual roles.
